Job description
Job responsibilities: 1. Belonging to the visual design department of the headquarters, it connects with all the internal visual design needs of the company daily, including various campaigns related to branding, derivative peripheral product design, and various internal and external online and offline design needs; 2. Be responsible for the design of brand VI specification, IP derivative periphery, product packaging, etc; 3. Be able to participate in the creative thinking of the whole brand case and the design and formulation of visual element specifications; 4. Be able to independently complete the main visual design of various online and offline activities, and have the ability to lead various independent projects; 5. Participate in the creation of various activity plans and be able to control a variety of different design styles; 6. Complete the complete design process of individual small projects, and cooperate with team members to complete the design work of large projects. Job requirements: 1. College degree or above, major in art design, graphic design, digital media and other related majors, with 3 years or more of work experience; 2. Have very good personal taste and solid artistic skills, be good at hand painting, love design, and have a high sensitivity to popular international design trends; 3. Proficient in all kinds of design software, with novel design ideas and rich imagination. Knowledge of AE and C4D is preferred; 4. Good knowledge of prepress and completion, and experience in peripheral design, production and supplier management is preferred; 5. Good communication, clear logic, team spirit, strong sense of responsibility, team management experience is preferred; 6. Be able to adapt to high intensity and fast work rhythm;
