Leju Finance Li Lan On May 1, Nanjing Housing Provident Fund Management Center issued a new policy to support Nanjing Metropolitan Area employees to purchase houses in Nanjing with housing provident fund loans, and Nanjing Metropolitan Area employees who purchase houses in other cities in the Metropolitan Area can enjoy the same urban treatment of housing provident fund withdrawal.

The new policies are applicable to Changzhou, Zhenjiang, Yangzhou, Huai'an, Wuhu, Maanshan, Chuzhou and Xuancheng, realizing mutual recognition and loan of provident fund in 9 cities of Nanjing Metropolitan Circle.

On April 25, the Nanjing Metropolitan Area Housing Provident Fund Integrated Development Cooperation Conference was held, and the housing provident fund management centers of all member cities jointly signed the Nanjing Metropolitan Area Housing Provident Fund Integrated Development Cooperation Agreement.

According to the agreement, Nanjing Housing Provident Fund Management Center has completed the upgrade of its business system. From now on, urban deposit employees in Nanjing Metropolitan Area can apply for housing provident fund loans in Nanjing.

In addition, Nanjing employees who purchase houses in other cities in the metropolitan area can apply for housing provident fund purchase withdrawal and loan repayment withdrawal by referring to the purchase situation in Nanjing. Specific policies can be queried on the portal website of Nanjing Housing Provident Fund Management Center. The policies for cross regional loans and withdrawals of housing provident fund in other cities of Nanjing Metropolitan Area shall be subject to those issued by the local housing provident fund management center.
