What is a level controller? It refers to the control of high and low liquid levels through mechanical or electronic methods, which can control solenoid valves, water pumps, etc., so as to achieve semi-automatic or full automation. There are many methods, which vary according to different products. The working principle of the electronic level controller: the liquid level is detected by the electronic probe, and then the detected signal is processed by the special chip for liquid level detection. When the measured liquid reaches the action point, the chip outputs high or low level signals, and then cooperates with the liquid level controller to achieve the control of the liquid level. There is no need for floating balls and reed pipes. There is no mechanical action outside. It is resistant to pollution and durable. It is not afraid of the impact of floating objects. It is installed at any angle. The vertical installation has a certain anti wave function. It is suitable for long-term immersion in water. The working voltage is 5-24V DC, which is very safe. This method is more practical, long life, safe and affordable. Main features of the liquid level controller: 1. It is compact and suitable for installation of guide rails in the cabinet. 2. Local level control or alarm. 3. Another outstanding feature is that it can detect the working state of the regulating valve, and whether it is closed tightly (whether there is leakage). 4. Double electrode liquid level controller for water supply and drainage control. 5. When the liquid inlet control level is lower than the lower limit, the relay is closed and the red alarm light is on; When the liquid level is higher than the upper limit, the relay is disconnected and the red alarm light is off. 6. When the liquid level of drainage control is higher than the upper limit, the relay is closed and the red alarm light is on; When the liquid level is lower than the lower limit, the relay is disconnected and the red alarm light is off. Precautions for liquid level controller: the floating ball of the liquid level controller is liable to be affected by external sundries and its stability, especially the filament sundries are entangled with errors. It is not suitable to use more than one in the same small water tank, otherwise it will be entangled. The service life is relatively short, and most of them are directly connected to 220V, which has certain potential safety hazards. One day, electric leakage will occur due to wire damage. Therefore, the power line of the float switch is an integral part of the device. Once the wire is found damaged, the device should be replaced, and the wire is not allowed to be repaired.
