Air circuit breaker
Universal circuit breaker, also known as frame circuit breaker, is a mechanical switching device that can connect, carry and break the current under normal circuit conditions, and can also connect and carry a certain time and breaking current under specified abnormal circuit conditions. The universal circuit breaker is used to distribute electric energy and protect the overload, undervoltage, short circuit, etc. of lines and power equipment. What is a universal circuit breaker? It is also called frame circuit breaker, which is a mechanical switching device that can connect, carry and break the current under normal circuit conditions, and also can connect and carry a certain time and breaking current under specified abnormal circuit conditions. The universal circuit breaker is used to distribute electric energy and protect the overload, undervoltage, short circuit, etc. of lines and power equipment. Function introduction of universal circuit breaker: the circuit breaker is in a three-dimensional layout, and the contact system and the left and right side plates of the instantaneous overcurrent release are installed on one insulating plate. The upper part is equipped with arc extinguishing system, and the operating mechanism can be installed in the front or right side, with "opening", "closing" indication and manual disconnection button. A shunt release is installed on the upper left side, and an undervoltage release connected to the tripping half shaft is installed on the back. The quick saturation current transformer or current voltage converter is sheathed on the lower bus. The undervoltage delay device, thermal relay or semiconductor release can be respectively installed below. DW15-2000, 3200, 4000 and 6300 universal circuit breakers are of three-dimensional layout, consisting of underframe, side plate and beam. Each phase contact system is installed on the underframe, and arc extinguishing chamber is installed on it. The operating mechanism is on the right front of the circuit breaker and connected to the contact system through the main shaft. The electric operating mechanism is integrated with the mechanism through the square shaft and installed at the lower part of the circuit breaker as the energy storage or direct closing of the universal circuit breaker. The closing after energy storage is undertaken by the energy release electromagnet. An anti bounce mechanism is installed above the left panel to prevent the circuit breaker from bouncing when it is disconnected. Various over-current releases are installed below the circuit breaker according to different requirements, and the undervoltage, shunt release and electric operation control parts are installed on the left side. The undervoltage, shunt release is connected with the amplification mechanism through the release to reduce the tripping force of the universal circuit breaker. 12 pairs of auxiliary contacts are used by users to connect the secondary circuit. The panel is equipped with indicators "1", "0" and "energy storage" indicating the working position of the circuit breaker, and buttons "1", "0" for closing and opening (both pressed). DW15-1000 and 1600 universal circuit breakers are equipped with front manual operating handles; DW15-2500 and 4000 are equipped with manual operating handles for maintenance (both can be removed).
