Time controlled switch
The microcomputer time control switch is a power switch control device composed of a single chip microprocessor as the core and electronic circuits, which can control the opening and closing of household appliances in a cycle of days or weeks for multiple periods. The time can be set from 1 second to 168 hours, 1-4 groups can be set every day, and there is a multi-channel control function. One time setting is effective for a long time. It is suitable for automatic control of various industrial appliances and household appliances, which is safe, convenient and economical. The output current can be 10-25A, which can control 2200W to higher power appliances. It can also control other high-power power equipment in combination with relays, contactors, etc. Setting method of time control switch: 1. First check whether the clock display on the time control switch is consistent with the current time. If recalibration is required, press and hold the "Clock" key while pressing and holding the "Week Calibration", "Time Calibration" and "Score Calibration" keys respectively to adjust the clock to the current accurate time; 2. Press the "Timing" key of the time control switch once, and the word "1 on" appears at the bottom left of the display screen (indicating the first time of opening). Then press the "school week" to select the six day working system, five day working system, three day working system, the same day, different days and other working modes, and press the "school time" and "school score" keys to enter the required opening time; 3. Press the "Timing" key again, and the word "1 off" appears at the bottom left of the display screen (indicating the first closing time). Then control the "Week calibration", "Time calibration" and "Score calibration" keys on time, and input the required closing date (note: the closing date must correspond to the opening date) and time; 4. Continue to press the "Timing" key, and "2 On, 2 Off, 3 On, 3 Off,....., 10 On, 10 Off" will be displayed on the bottom left of the display screen in turn. Refer to steps 2 and 3 to set the switching time for each time; 5. If it is not necessary to set 10 groups of switches every day, the "Cancel/Restore" key of the switch must be controlled on time to eliminate the time of the redundant groups and make them display the "--: --" pattern on the display screen (not 00:00). 6. After the timing setting is completed, press the "Timing" key to check whether the timing settings are consistent with the actual situation. If not, press the timing, scoring Adjust or reset the school week; 7. After the inspection, press the "Clock" key on the switch to make the display screen display the current time; 8. Press the "Auto/Manual" key, and turn the "▲" symbol at the bottom of the display screen to the "Auto" position. At this time, the time control switch can automatically open and close the circuit according to the set time. If the circuit needs to be temporarily opened or closed during use, just press the "Auto/Manual" key to adjust the "▲" symbol to the corresponding "On" or "Off" position.
