What problems should we pay attention to when signing for goods?
1. Order of door-to-door delivery and cash on delivery: When the courier delivers the goods to door-to-door delivery, you must check the goods against the delivery note. If there is a shortage of goods and the goods are damaged, please return the whole order of goods on the spot. If the order contains gifts, please return them together. Once you confirm and sign, we will not be able to return or reissue for you. Special tips:
- If your order is paid by account balance or gift certificate, it can only be processed when the amount of returned goods is less than the actual amount payable.
- If your order contains gifts, you will not be able to provide this service; If it is a complete set of goods, you can only return the whole set. For bundled goods, you need to return the gifts together with the main goods.
2. Post office mail order: please check the outer package when you receive the package. If the package is damaged, please do not sign for it. Then please mail the original package bill to us in time. Your original package bill will be the only proof for us to handle reissue or refund for you. After receiving the parcel sheet, we will handle the relevant procedures for you. If you haven't opened the outer packing box, you can return all the goods on the spot. For surface mail orders, if the package is found damaged when you receive it, please ask the post office to issue a certificate of package damage. Note: Please check the invoice carefully when you check the goods and sign for receipt. If the invoice is wrong or omitted, please contact us in time, indicating the order number, mailing address and the name of the recipient. We will issue the invoice for you as soon as we receive your information and mail it to you.
