2.1. The buffer has been preliminarily adjusted when leaving the factory, which can meet the demand of common load;

2.2 When the load is large, it is necessary to make appropriate adjustment according to the size of the required load force to prevent the oil buffer from failing to play an effective buffer due to the large load force.

2.3 Buffer adjustment steps:

a. Loosen the buffer fixing screw with a hexagon wrench;

b. The buffer capacity can be adjusted by rotating the buffer;

c. Tighten the fixing screw after adjustment to prevent the buffer from turning

3. Adjustment of working direction When the flange is fixed, if the blocking direction needs to be adjusted, the installation position of the guide rod can be adjusted to change the working direction of the blocking cylinder.

4. Unblock function

4.1 When a blocking cylinder is not used, the blocking action of the cylinder can be canceled without removing the air pressure;

4.2 Operation steps of unblocking:

a. Unscrew the cancellation cap from the flange plate or fixed seat;

b. Flatten rocker arm;

c. Screw the cancellation cap into the installation hole of the cancellation cap on the fixed seat, align the tail with the small hole on the rocker arm, and then tighten it.

5. Blocking usage

5.1 When the oil pressure buffer on the cylinder is compressed to the bottom, no more blocked objects (loads) shall continue to hit the cylinder to prevent the cylinder from having no buffer buffer, which will lead to mechanical failure of the cylinder;

5.2 When using the blocking cylinder, the impact kinetic energy acting on the piston rod cannot exceed the maximum allowable value, otherwise the cylinder will have mechanical failure.

6. Self locking function and working principle:

When the blocking cylinder works, the blocked objects may rebound and push back due to the effect of the oil pressure buffer. The selection of self-locking cylinder can effectively prevent the blocking objects from pushing back.
