Oracle and Nvidia further expand cooperation

In addition, Nvidia is running its generative AI cloud service NVIDIA AI Foundations, which is provided through the OCI based DGX Cloud.
The purpose of this cooperation between Oracle and Nvidia is to give full play to their respective technology and product advantages, integrate cloud computing platform and AI framework, and provide customers and partners with enterprise class AI solutions with high performance, high stability and easy deployment.
Introduction to OCI Supercluster
OCI Supercluster includes OCI Compute Bare Metal, NVIDIA based ultra-low latency RoCE cluster, and HPC storage options. It is an ideal choice for training generative AI, including dialog applications and diffusion models. OCI computer instances and virtual machines support up to tens of thousands of NVIDIA GPUs, which can provide support for computer vision, natural language processing, recommendation systems and other applications.
At present, Nvidia has deployed and verified OCI Supercluster to support thousands of OCI Compute Bare Metal instances to efficiently handle large-scale parallel applications. The OCI Supercluster network can now use 32768 A100 GPUs and expand to 4096 OCI Compute Bare Metal instances. At present, OCI Compute Bare Metal instances equipped with NVIDIA H100 GPU have been limited in supply.
NVIDIA AI Foundation is suitable for building custom AIGC models
Based on the powerful computing power of OCI Supercluster and RDMA network with microsecond delay, NVIDIA AI Foundations modeling services cover language, image, video, 3D and biology. Enterprises can use NVIDIA NeMo? Language services and NVIDIA Picasso image, video and 3D services build proprietary, domain specific AIGC applications to achieve intelligent chat and customer support, professional content creation, digital simulation, etc. For biological AI model training and reasoning, NVIDIA BioNeMo? Cloud service provides tools for rapid customization and deployment of AIGC applications.
