From the Internet to the traditional industry, I regret a little

I have been engaged in Internet and game operation for more than five years. Recently, I just entered a traditional company for two months. The project is children's education products. The main product is the physical product, and APP is a accessory (tool product) for tower entertainment. The current work is APP user operation.

There are three major dilemmas:

First: APP users rely on entity sales

Second: there is no independent operation department, and the annual strategy of senior management is not intended to spend heavily on operations

Third, senior managers are frequently replaced (minimum 3 months, maximum 1 year), and grass-roots personnel flow is also frequent. My supervisor did not understand the operation and could not give me clear guidance.

The communication before entering the company was originally about a new position, but the actual understanding of more than one month found that the project had been two years, and three operations had left before me.

On the whole, the operation is very difficult and the support is not strong. Although I have a good salary, I always feel sorry for this project.

    Which line is not difficult? In fact, it depends on personal choice. If you make the operation department bigger, you will be the boss in the future. If you don't do it, you will leave. It is so simple.
