1. Port problems
If we want to connect to the remote RDP desktop, we need to open port 3389. We need to check whether port 3389 of the server is blocked and whether the security group of the service provider has released port 3389. If we need remote windows, we need to open port 3389.
2. Server failure
If we cannot connect to the server remotely, we need to check whether the server is currently available. For example, if the IP address of the current server is connected, sometimes the default IP address of the server we open may not be connected. We need to check the reason and check whether the IP address is blocked. If yes, you need to change the IP address until the IP is available. Of course, it also includes whether the server is unable to connect due to other problems, such as forced shutdown or software failure.
3. Set remote permissions
We open the setting option to find the remote setting, and check whether the option of remote connection to the computer is enabled.
