Today, we saw that WordPress Redirection plug-in has a new version that can be upgraded. Here, after clicking Manual Upgrade in the background, we found that the "Cached Redirection detected" error was reported on the plug-in page.

We check whether the website has a CDN or cache, and if so, we need to refresh it:
