Of course, we may have used the free domain name post office of Tencent Email before, but we stopped adding new domain names a few years ago, and the existing ones can still be used. In fact, the intention of our users to choose the corporate mailbox is also obvious. First, we worry about whether the free mailbox will be closed or unstable in the future. Second, we now pay more attention to the brand value and hope to continue to have a brand image of the mailbox.
In general, the price of our commercial enterprise mailboxes ranges from tens of yuan a year to hundreds of thousands of yuan a year. This is determined by different service providers, the amount of sub account data we need, and the supporting services provided. For example, we have seen that Alibaba Cloud Enterprise Mailbox Basic Edition costs 600 yuan a year. Laojiang has increased the annual cost of 20 users to about 2700 yuan. Comparatively speaking, we prefer to choose domestic service providers for our corporate customers, and they are large service providers. On the one hand, it is easy to communicate, and in case of problems, they can communicate and solve them at any time. On the other hand, customers need tickets, and these domestic service providers provide them.
However, for our individual users or foreign trade users, I prefer to choose the corporate post office services of overseas service providers. First, the price is cheaper, and second, the response speed of foreign trade business may be better.
Now Chiang uses the domain name mailbox from the NameCheap service provider. According to the default number of users, storage space, and additional office suites, there are three options for packages. However, for our individual users, I am a single domain list user, and I will choose the Starter package. 5G storage space is enough for me, about 80 yuan a year. It also supports forwarding services for 10 mailboxes.
Of course, if the number of users is not enough, we can also add more users, or directly upgrade and select the PRO scheme.
