13.4 Binding foxmail

14. How can I transfer emails from the enterprise mailbox to Google enterprise mailbox?

Many friends have used other corporate mailboxes before, and there are already many emails on them. If you switch over directly, the original email will not be recorded in the new mailbox.

Then you can transfer the data from the original mailbox to Google's mailbox. There are two methods for data migration:

1) The first is to bind the enterprise mailbox to the client. For example, foxmail is on the computer and QQ mailbox is on the mobile phone. These two are relatively easy to use.

Then the incoming and outgoing emails will be downloaded to the computer or mobile phone for saving. In this way, when you change to Google email, you just need to reset the sending and receiving server and password on the client, and then you can continue to use, and the incoming and outgoing emails will not be lost.

2) The second is to operate through the data migration service provided by Google g suite, which seems convenient.

But Hunk operated to transfer the mail from Tencent's mailbox, but it failed. It successfully provided the connection, but the mail did not transfer.

The reason may be that many domestic platforms refuse foreign network access due to network reasons.

Therefore, this method is not very practical for domestic users, because most of them use domestic corporate mailboxes, such as Tencent, NetEase, 263, etc.

Prerequisites for data migration

1) The account to be transferred can still be used in the original mailbox

Because G suite will connect to the original email and copy the data. If you have switched to Google's email, you can't transfer it. In this case, you can first change the MX record back to the original corporate mailbox, restore the original corporate mailbox, and then transfer the data.
