7.1 Enter the background of the siteground to install wordpress and view the IP address of the website

First log in to the background of the siteground, click the websites menu, and then click new websites

Select the existing domain, enter the new domain name you want to add, and click Continue to continue. Some prompts may appear below, saying that this domain name is not a cloud registered in the siteground. Don't worry about it. Click Continue to continue

Next, click Start new website, and select wordpress or wordpress+woo. If you want to use weebly, choose weebly, which will not be introduced here.

Then enter your common mailbox as the website background login account in the Setup login, set an 8-digit password, and click Continue.

Note: You can also select migrate website to copy or move your website in other spaces. The specific operation is as described in the previous paragraph of this article

How to move from other space websites to the siteground for free is almost the same , you can refer back to the above reference, and I will not repeat it here.

Next, click Finish and wait for a few minutes to prompt that it is complete

The following page appears to indicate completion, and then click the site tools below to enter the background management page of the website. Click below the background home page to see the IP address of the site, copy and save it.

You can also click the websites menu in the background of the siteground, and click site tools behind the domain name to enter the background management page of the website

 

7.2 Set A record resolution

7.3 Installing SSL Certificates

Next, install the SSL certificate , click SSL manager under Security on the left

On the open page, first select the domain name, then select lets encrypt, and finally click GET to install the certificate. Wait a few minutes to display that the installation is successful. Then you can see the SSL list of installed domain names below.

Click the small three points at the back of the list, click force https, and then open https force to complete.

8.1 How to create an FTP account in the background of the siteground

9.1 Create an account for the corporate mailbox

9.3 Binding Email to foxmail

The siteground provides some email web services, but they are all in English. I'm not used to them, so I suggest loading them directly into foxmail.

The method is very simple. As shown in the figure below, enter the account management of foxmail

Then click Account, click New, enter your email account and password, and click Create

After a short time, it automatically fills in the relevant values, and then selects Pop3 as the receiving server type. Then, check the front of SSL, and click Create

First, you need to install the sg optimizer plug-in, which is automatically installed when WordPress is installed in the siteground space.

After installation, click Enter, find the menu Memcached, and set the following switch to ON.

In recent months, siteground has moved its space to the Google server in succession, so the IP has changed. It usually sends an email to the mailbox where you register to buy space, giving you two weeks to modify the A record.
