Recently, Vishay Intertechnology, Inc. announced the launch of a new series of film encapsulated patches that have passed the ESCC-4001/023 certification and reached the R-level failure rate resistance --- PFRR。 PFRR resistor is the first such device in the industry with a TCR as low as 10ppm/℃ and a tolerance of 0.05%.
Vishay Sfernice resistor is specially designed for military, aerospace and medical applications with strict requirements for performance and other fields with high requirements for reliability. The load life stability rate is 0.25% after working at rated power for 8000 hours at ± 70 ℃. Through 100% screening and extensive environmental lottery testing, the reliability of the device is ensured, and through screening and testing, the device reaches the level of R failure rate (0.01% per 1000 hours).
The device provides four overall dimensions, and the conduction resistance ranges from 100 Ω to 3.01M Ω. It is optimized for low noise applications such as precision measurement of loop voltage, blood pressure, oxygen content, voltage comparator, and acoustic and telecommunications equipment in satellites, missiles, submarines, spacecraft, blood pumps, and blood monitoring and detection equipment.
The PFRR resistor is terminated with tin lead. The nickel interlayer under the connector enables the device to work at a temperature of up to+155 ℃, and the aluminum oxide substrate enables the power level of the device to reach 0.50W at 70 ℃. The device has a low noise of less than+35dB and a voltage coefficient of less than 0.01ppm/V. Resistance shall be packaged in waffle or tape, which shall comply with IEC 61249-2-21 Halogen free specification.
