The activity line is a product owned and operated by Beijing Aike Creative Information Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the Company). Before using and accepting the products and services related to the activity line, Please read this agreement carefully. If you disagree with any of the terms of this agreement, you can choose not to use it. When you use any relevant products or services of the Activity Line, it will be deemed that you (the "User") fully accept all the contents under this Agreement.

1、 Confirmation and acceptance of the agreement

1.1 The user's direct or indirect use of the products or services related to the activity line through various means (such as off-site API references) will be deemed as unconditional acceptance of all the contents of this agreement; If the user has any objection to any term of this agreement, please stop using all services provided by the activity line.

1.2 You fully understand and confirm that you have fully read, understood and accepted all the contents of this agreement before the actual use of this service, and agree to abide by all the provisions of this agreement.

1.3 You fully understand and accept that our company may publicize and promote the information you publish or transmit, upload, and broadcast on our partner platform in order to make your information published or transmitted, uploaded, and broadcast more visible, without obtaining your consent.

1.4 You fully understand and agree that the company has the right to unilaterally change the content of this agreement at any time and publish it in the form of announcement on this website without further notice to you; If you continue to use this service after the announcement of changes in the content of this agreement, it means that you have fully read, understood and accepted the revised agreement, and will also follow the revised agreement to use the services provided by the activity line; If you do not agree with the revised agreement, you should stop using the service.

1.5 The terms in this agreement that are marked in bold, bold, underlined, italic and other ways should be read by the user.

2、 Service Usage Rules

2.1 Account registration and management

1) Users should fill in the correct mobile phone number, email address, name (nickname) and password according to the platform prompts when registering the activity bank account, so that the activity bank can contact you when necessary. You understand and agree that you must take full responsibility for the authenticity, legality and validity of the information registered on the activity line platform, and you must not impersonate others or publish any information in the name of others; Otherwise, the activity bank has the right to immediately stop providing services, suspend or suspend its account, and you alone bear all legal liabilities arising therefrom.

2) The activity line only conducts formal review on the user's information and materials, not substantive review (Substantive review includes but is not limited to identifying and verifying the authenticity and correctness of any registration data and the review of whether it is the latest data.) The disputes arising from this will not bear any responsibility.

3) If the user submits any material that is illegal or deemed unsuitable for display by ActionLine, ActionLine has reason to suspect that the user's material is malicious, and has the right to suspend or terminate the user's account.

4) Users are obliged to update relevant data in time when their registration information changes to ensure the accuracy, effectiveness and legitimacy of the information when used.

5) Users are obliged to keep the relevant information of your personal account, and bear legal responsibility for all their actions on the activity line platform. Users should not transfer or lend their account and password to others, otherwise you will bear all the responsibilities arising therefrom. The activity bank will not bear any responsibility if the account and password are leaked due to hacking or the user's negligence in safekeeping.

2.2 The user agrees to accept that the activity line sends the activity review, registration notice, payment information, activity recommendation and other relevant information to the user via email, SMS or other means.

2.3 According to relevant laws and regulations, the activity bank hereby solemnly reminds users: Any text, picture, video, live broadcast and other information released via the activity line platform, whether public or private, shall be submitted to the activity line staff for review. The event line platform only provides event information publishing services for the event sponsor, and cannot control the on-site situation of the event, so it does not guarantee whether the event will meet the expectations of the participants. However, the activity bank has the right to stop publishing or deleting any content that does not comply with laws, regulations and platform rules and take corresponding measures, including but not limited to terminating the provision of services, suspending or suspending user accounts, keeping relevant records, and reporting to relevant institutions.

two point four The user promises that the content you publish or transmit, upload, and broadcast on the activity line platform is original or legally authorized by you, and will not infringe the copyright, trademark, reputation, privacy, or other legitimate rights and interests of others, At the same time, it meets the requirements of laws, administrative regulations, etc. of the People's Republic of China (including but not limited to the Law of the People's Republic of China on Guarding State Secrets, the Copyright Law of the People's Republic of China, the Regulations of the People's Republic of China on the Security Protection of Computer Information Systems, the Regulations on the Security Protection of Computers, and the Regulations on the Right of Information Network Dissemination , Regulations on the Management of Internet Live Broadcasting Service and other relevant regulations), which should comply with the network ethics and customs. You understand and promise to independently bear legal responsibility for all your actions on the activity platform, It is not allowed to publish or transmit, upload or broadcast content containing the following information:
1) Violating or opposing the basic principles defined in the Constitution;
2) Endangering national security, divulging state secrets, subverting state power and undermining national unity;
3) Damage to national honor and interests;
4) Inciting national hatred, national discrimination and undermining national unity;
5) Those who undermine the state's religious policy and promote heresy and feudal superstition;
6) Spreading rumors, disturbing social order and undermining social stability;
7) Inciting illegal assembly, association, procession, demonstration, or gathering people to disturb public order;
8) Distorting, vilifying, blaspheming or denying the deeds and spirit of heroes and martyrs;
9) Insult, slander or otherwise infringe upon the names, portraits, reputations and honors of state leaders and heroic martyrs;
10) Spreading obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror or abetting crime;
11) Other contents that are restricted or prohibited by laws and administrative regulations and violate social public order and good customs.

two point five Users promise that you must obtain the qualification or qualification to hold any activity when you publish or broadcast it , you shall independently bear the risks and responsibilities caused by the lack of corresponding qualifications or qualifications, and bear the losses caused to the activity bank.

2.6 Users promise to release or broadcast For any charging activity, you must have the corresponding charging license, qualification or qualification, and pay taxes on the ticket income of the activity according to the law. You should independently bear the risks and responsibilities arising from the lack of the above qualification or failure to pay taxes , and bear the losses caused to the activity bank; At the same time, when you publish or broadcast any charging activity, you should make a clear choice about the refund of the activity in accordance with this agreement and the requirements of the activity line platform.

2.7 The user promises that you must ensure the safety of all participants during the event, including but not limited to personal safety, property safety, etc., if any loss is caused to participants and the event line, corresponding compensation shall be made.

2.8 The user promises to abide by the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China on Internet financial payment, and will not engage in money laundering, fraud, or any other activities that undermine the socialist economic order; The activity bank will reserve the right to report to the public security organs and the relevant national regulatory authorities.

two point nine If the user publishes the following activity types in the activity line, they will not be publicly displayed in the activity line:

1) Publish the same activity repeatedly in batch, and the repeated activity will be set as private display;
2) The types of obvious sales nature, false publicity, investment promotion, project solicitation, investment consultation, sales of false products/health care products/beauty care products, crowdfunding, religion, etc. will be set as private display;
3) The exhibition investment promotion advertisements will be set as private display.

2.10 When users promise to register, comment or like activities in the activity line:

1) The user nickname shall not contain any inductive advertising content, such as using the reward mechanism to attract attention to the public account, and to attract friends. It shall not contain any content claiming to be the official of the event line, assistant of the event line, internal staff, etc.
2) Your comments on the activity line platform should conform to the network ethics and customs, and comply with the relevant laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China. The comments shall not contain inductive advertising content, such as using the incentive mechanism to attract attention to the public account, and to attract friends; They shall not make statements that endanger the interests of others, or maliciously slander or damage the image of others.
3) In case of the above violations, the active bank platform has the right to delete and block the content without notifying you, and has the right to suspend or terminate the service on your account.

two point one one Share and forward:

The user promises to share the information on the activity line platform to WeChat and other third-party software, and also needs to comply with the official rules of third-party software. The content must not have the words of inducing and forwarding related content, such as "not forwarding is not Chinese", "forwarding is rewarded" and so on.  

two point one two Payment services

1) At your own risk : The activity line is a platform for the release of activity information, and all activities on the platform are self released by the event sponsor, When you sign up for the event and pay for the ticket, you should carefully read the contents and all instructions on the event details page, and you have fully understood the possible risks (including but not limited to the authenticity of the event sponsor's information, the authenticity of the event content, changes in the event before and after the payment, and the event content inconsistent with your expectations), And bear all losses and responsibilities arising therefrom. The act of collecting money on behalf of the activity bank does not mean that the activity bank has charged your registration fee (except for the official activities held by the activity bank), nor does it mean that the activity bank must make any guarantee or commitment to the activities on the platform, and you should not ask the activity bank for a refund or assume any responsibility for any reason.

2) Payment: When you sign up for the event and click Confirm Payment, you authorize the company to transfer the amount you have paid to the event organizer within a certain time after the event ends. If you need an invoice, please contact the event organizer to issue an invoice of the same amount for you.

3) Refund: If you need a refund after you purchase the ticket, you should apply for a refund according to the process according to the processing method selected by the event organizer. For other requirements besides refund, you should call the customer service of the event bank to apply. The situation is as follows:
a) If the event organizer chooses "Entrusted Event Line Refund" when releasing the event, please apply for a refund 24 hours before the event starts. The event line platform will charge 10% of the original ticket price as the service charge for the refund service, and complete the refund within 10 working days after you apply for a refund; No refund will be accepted within 24 hours before the event starts.
b) If the organizer of the event chooses "Refund not accepted", you need to contact the organizer for negotiation. In case of any transaction dispute, it should be settled through negotiation between you and the organizer of the event. Both parties may request the Activity Bank to provide necessary assistance, but the Activity Bank will not be liable for any compensation or compensation for the dispute.

4) Withdrawal: If you are the organizer of the event, you can apply for withdrawal the next day after the event. The withdrawal applied for before 12:00 noon on the 15th of each month will be 25th of the month Operation of payment, the withdrawal application will be made before 12:00 noon on the 30th of each month 10th of the next month Operate the payment. （ In case of weekends and legal holidays, the time of payment shall be postponed to the next working day ）The withdrawal service charge is calculated as follows:
a) The activity line will continue to provide the basic services of the platform completely free of charge for the released free activities or activities that do not involve the collection function.
b) For activities using the collection function, the activity line will charge each ticket amount * 2.5%+1 yuan for the paid enrollment order generated in the activity line platform. 10% of the price of each ticket will be charged for payment by PayPal or Visa card abroad. (The service charge is calculated in RMB).

5) Invoice: The event organizer shall issue a full invoice for the ticket purchasing user (participant), and the event behavior event organizer user shall issue an electronic invoice equal to the platform service fee.

6) Disputes: If there is a dispute between the ticket purchasing user and the event sponsor user about participating in the event or purchasing tickets, and when one of the parties to the dispute chooses to settle the transaction dispute through mediation organizations, administrative departments, arbitration institutions or courts, the event bank will disclose relevant information according to the requirements of relevant organizations and departments and the provisions of the Privacy Policy for Event Banks.

two point one three Real name authentication

If you, as an "event organizer" user, use the relevant services provided by the event line, the company has the right to require you to provide relevant information for real name authentication in accordance with national laws and regulations and government regulations. The authentication requires you to provide:
1) A certain amount of certification service fee;
2) Front and back photos of your ID card;
3) Name of enterprise or organization, copy of business license;
4) Other necessary information, such as trademark, bank card cover photo, etc

3、 Privacy protection

3.1 It is the consistent principle of the activity bank to respect the user's personal privacy information. The activity bank will fully protect the user's personal privacy information through technical means, strengthening internal management and other measures. The activity bank guarantees not to disclose the user's personal privacy information to the public or to a third party, except for reasons such as requirements of laws or government departments with legal authority or explicit authorization from the user in advance, For details, please refer to the Activity Line Privacy Policy.

3.2 Information that the activity line may collect and use when users use its services:

1) When you register as an active line user, you need to provide at least your mobile phone number and email address to create an account, and improve relevant identification information (such as avatar, nickname, name and login password). If you only need to use browse, search and other functions, you do not need to register as our user and provide the above information.

2) If you are willing to add additional personal information, such as gender, birthday, city, hometown, life status, industry and other information, it will help the event line provide you with more personalized and convenient services. If you are unwilling, it will not affect your use of the basic services of the activity line.

3) When you use a third-party account (such as WeChat QQ、 Weibo, etc.), we will access and collect your personal information (your avatar and nickname information in the third-party account, subject to the public information and permissions authorized by different third-party accounts) and bind your third-party account with your activity bank registration account through indirect access. If you refuse to provide third-party account information, you cannot choose to register and log in by using a third-party account.

4) When you use the service, the activity line will collect your device information and information about how your device interacts with the products and services of the activity line. Such information includes:

a) Device and application information: such as device name, device ID, device activation time, hardware model, operating system version, application version, software ID, device and application settings (such as region/language/time zone/font), etc.
b) Mobile network information: such as public land mobile network provider ID (PLMN), geographical location (identification information of signal transmitting tower in the area where the equipment is located) Internet Protocol (IP) address.
c) Cookie information: When the user uses the service of the active line, the system will send one or more cookies (small files containing a string of characters) to the user's computer or other devices to store the user's preferences and provide better services.
d) Log information: When a user uses the service of the active line, its server will automatically record the information transmitted by the user's browser. The server log contains the user's web page request, access IP, browser type, browser language, event information (such as error, crash, restart, upgrade), date and time of transmitting the request, and one or more cookies used to identify the user's browser.
e) Location information: When visiting some location-based services (such as performing search and using navigation software), the activity line will collect, use and process the fuzzy or accurate location of your device, and these location information will be transmitted through GPS WLAN and service provider network ID acquisition. The activity line asks which applications you want to enable location-based services for. You can choose to close the corresponding permissions on the device in the device's setting menu to refuse to share your location information.

5) When you register or purchase tickets on the event line platform, you need to agree to provide the event sponsor with information that can contact you, such as name, phone number, e-mail, etc.). Some activities that require real name due to epidemic prevention or other policy requirements may also require you to provide real name ID card information (such as ID card number, passport number, etc.).

3.3 The user's personal information will be partially or completely disclosed under the following circumstances:

1) Disclose to a third party with the consent of the user;

2) According to relevant laws and regulations, or at the request of administrative and judicial authorities, disclose to a third party or administrative and judicial authorities;

3) If users violate the relevant laws or website policies of China, they need to disclose to a third party;

4) In order to provide the goods and services required by users, it is necessary to share users' personal information with a third party;

5) Other disclosures deemed necessary by the activity line according to laws or website policies.

3.4 Please keep the account and password information properly. If the user finds that personal information is leaked, especially the account and password of the active bank, please contact the customer service of the active bank immediately so that the active bank can take corresponding measures.

4、 Third party services

4.1 The services on the activity line platform may include services provided by a third party. When you use services provided by a third party, there may be other relevant agreements or rules, which you should carefully read and abide by.

4.2 You understand and agree that in order to provide you with a better user experience, when you use third-party services, a third party may contact and use your active bank account information and relevant operation information in third-party services.

4.3 If you have any dispute when using third-party services, please contact the third party directly. The activity bank will not bear any responsibility, but will provide necessary assistance according to law as needed.

5、 Intellectual property and confidentiality

5.1 Any text and picture materials contained in the services provided by the activity bank are protected by relevant intellectual property laws. Without the consent of the relevant obligee, the above materials shall not be rewritten or published in any channel. The activity bank will not compensate and be responsible for the inaccuracy in the production of the above information.

5.2 The software related to this service contains proprietary and confidential information protected by law. Without the express authorization of the activity line or the advertiser, the user shall not modify, peddle or distribute any part of the service or software. The user agrees to use the service through the interface provided by the activity line rather than any other way. The confidentiality period starts from the date of user registration and ends when the user enters the public domain through legal procedures. If you violate the above agreement, you must bear the liability for damages to the activity bank.

five point three The content published by users in the activity line shall be guaranteed to be the copyright owner or have obtained legal authorization, and the content will not infringe the legitimate rights and interests of any third party , the user agrees to grant the activity line a free and irrevocable worldwide license to use all the above content, according to which the activity line will have the right to use the above content in display, promotion and other ways not prohibited by Chinese laws.

6、 Value added services

6.1 The company's Internet value-added services are provided by charging. If you use value-added services, please comply with the relevant agreements.

6.2 You understand and agree that the Company may modify and change the charging standards and methods of value-added services according to actual needs. The company may also start charging for some free services. Before the aforesaid modification, change or charging, the activity line will notify or inform on the corresponding page. If you do not agree with the above modifications, changes or paid content, you should stop using the service.

7、 Risk and Disclaimer

7.1 The part of the information provided by the event bank is from the event sponsor or a third party, which does not represent that the company is responsible for its authenticity and legality, and does not guarantee the accuracy, validity, timeliness and integrity of the information. It does not constitute any other suggestions and is only for reference.

7.2 The openness based on the Internet and the communication particularity of social network services, The activity line specially reminds users to pay attention to the following risks:

1) This service only provides an online activity management platform. Users should make independent judgments on the content published by other users using this service and bear the corresponding risks. Users understand and confirm that the activity bank will not bear any responsibility for disputes between users of this service.
2) The content published by the user in the process of using the service may be modified by a third party or used for other purposes, which is out of the user's expectation and control. The user must be fully aware of the existence of such risks, and the activity bank will not be responsible for the disputes arising therefrom.
3) Please do not disclose any important information related to property, service account and password when using the service, otherwise, the loss caused by this will be borne by the user.

7.3 Within the limit permitted by laws and regulations, the total liability of the activity bank for any damage or economic loss caused by the use of the activity bank service shall not exceed the service price purchased by the user in connection with the claim. These liability limitation clauses will be applicable to the maximum extent permitted by law and will continue to be effective after the user's qualification is revoked or terminated.

7.4 Beijing Aike Creative Information Technology Co., Ltd. does not guarantee that all information provided to users or sent from the activity bank is free of viruses or other harmful ingredients.

7.5 The company will not bear any liability for damages when the following circumstances make you unable to use various services, including but not limited to:

1) Any disclosure of personal information caused by your password or sharing your registered account with others, or other disclosure of personal information not caused by the activity;
2) Any temporary website closure caused by government regulation;
3) Any consequence caused by force majeure;
4) During the system downtime maintenance period after the company's announcement;
5) The telecommunication equipment fails to transmit data;
6) Service interruption or delay caused by hacker attack, technical adjustment or failure of the telecommunications department, website upgrade, problems with banks and third-party payment tools, etc.
7) The company's system is obstructed from performing business due to force majeure factors such as war, typhoon, flood, fire, lightning or earthquake, strike, riot, statutory disease, hacker attack, network virus, technical regulation of telecommunications department, government action or any other natural or man-made disasters;

7.6 To the extent permitted by law, the company hereby declares that the activity bank will not bear any direct, indirect, incidental, subordinate, special, punitive damages caused by the user's publishing or transmission, uploading, and live broadcasting of information, and the user will be independently liable for the information published or transmitted, uploaded, and live broadcasting, which has nothing to do with the activity bank. The activity bank will be exempted from any liability arising therefrom.

7.7 The user understands that the activity bank needs to maintain the platform or related equipment for providing services regularly or irregularly. If the charging service is interrupted within a reasonable time due to such circumstances, the activity bank does not have to bear any responsibility for this, and the activity bank will try its best to make an announcement in advance.

8、 Change, interruption or termination of services

8.1 In case of any of the following circumstances, the activity bank has the right to suspend, interrupt or terminate the provision of services (including charging services) to the user under this agreement at any time without any liability to the user or any third party:

1) The personal data provided by the user is untrue;
2) The user violates the use rules specified in this agreement;
3) The user fails to pay the corresponding service fee to the activity bank as required when using the charging service.

8.2 The user agrees that the activity bank has the right to suspend, interrupt or terminate the use of the account or the service provided to you based on unilateral judgment, including but not limited to the lack of use, or that the user has violated the provisions and spirit of the service agreement, and remove any content of the user in the service. The user agrees that the service provided under this Use Agreement can be interrupted or terminated without prior notice. The activity bank shall not bear any responsibility to the user or any third party.

8.3 If necessary, the Company can terminate the provision of this service without prior notice, suspend, close or delete this account and all relevant data and files in your account, and return all legal funds you have left in this account to your bound bank account.

9、 Applicable law and jurisdiction

9.1 The user agrees to abide by all the provisions of the relevant laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China, and assume full responsibility for the results generated in the process of using the service. At the same time, if the activity bank has reason to believe that the user has violated the national laws and regulations, the activity bank can terminate providing services to the user at any time without prior notice.

9.2 Any dispute arising from this Agreement shall be settled by the user in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China and filed by the people's court where Beijing Aike Creative Information Technology Co., Ltd. is located.

9.3 The terms of this agreement are partially invalid or unenforceable for whatever reason, and the remaining terms are still valid and binding on both parties.
