Deadweight method
The dead weight method is a method to make use of the good fluidity of the high-strength non shrinkage grouting material to flow freely within the grouting range and meet the grouting requirements in the construction of high-strength non shrinkage grouting material.
High funnel method
The high funnel method is a method to improve the potential energy difference of grouting to meet the grouting requirements when the fluidity of high strength non shrinkage grouting material alone cannot meet the requirements in the construction of medium bridge high strength non shrinkage grouting material.
Pressure grouting method
The pressure grouting method is to use grouting pressurization equipment in the construction of high-strength non shrinkage grouting materials to meet the grouting requirements.
curing
1) Within 30 minutes after grouting, curing agent shall be sprayed immediately or covered with plastic film and covered with rock wool quilt for curing, or water shall be sprayed immediately after final setting of grouting layer for moisturizing curing.
2) During winter construction, the curing measures shall also comply with the relevant provisions of the current Code for Acceptance of Construction of Reinforced Concrete Works (GB50204).

Key points of operation:
1. Grouting shall be carried out according to operating procedures to prevent personal injury caused by pipe explosion.
2. The grouting sequence is staggered from low to high and from bottom to top.
3. The grouting pressure shall meet the design requirements. If the grouting amount exceeds the limit and the pressure requirements have not been met, the slurry concentration shall be adjusted to continue grouting, and grouting can be stopped after holding the pressure for 15min.
4. During grouting, the grouting hole pipe shall not be aimed at the human body to prevent the high pressure grout from hurting the construction personnel.
5. Slurry holes shall be blocked in time during sluicing.
6. When the pressure of the grouting pump rises suddenly, the pipe may be blocked. Stop the pump immediately for inspection and clean the grouting pipeline in time.
