Make the Xinyue anti fingerprint liquid into absorbent tablets → Place the tablets on the heating plate of the vacuum container → Place the substrate above the heating plate → Evacuate the container
(1-2) Environmental conditions for vacuum coating
Operate the coating equipment according to the following conditions
• Pressure:<3 × 10-3 Pa
• Temperature:>350 º C (Joule heat or electron beam)
• Heating time: 5min
• Thickness: 8-10nm (1-3) curing conditions

(2) Example of wet process (base material: plasma treated glass) (2-1) Prepare solution with solid content of 0.07-0.1%
Dissolve Xinyue anti fingerprint solution in solvent → stir fully
• Recommended solvents: Novec 7200 (3M), Vertrel XF (Dupont), Solkane 365mfc (Solvey)
(2-2) Spraying
• Recommended film thickness: 8-10nm (2-3) curing conditions
