It is a fluorine free waterproof agent developed for shoe materials and fabrics, which is suitable for non-woven shoe materials, such as midsole, fly woven shoe materials, mesh cloth shoe materials, etc. In the same bath with glue and calcium carbonate, the formula ratio is glue: calcium carbonate powder: water: C308, 1:1.75:0.75:0.125. The anti siphon effect is good, and it can pass the bending and waterproof test for about 30000 times. It can also be used for sandwich, fly weave, mesh and other shoe materials, with super anti splash and anti siphon properties.

Application

1. If the fabric before finishing is not very clean, including size, detergent, dyeing auxiliaries, organosilicon compounds and high residual alkali, it may have adverse effects on the finishing effect.

2. As the residual surfactant will reduce the water repellent effect, the fabric to be finished is fully pretreated without surfactant, residual alkali, and multivalent salt, and the impurities such as oil contained in the grey cloth must be cleaned up during the pretreatment.

3. Usage and dosage

3.1 Recommended dosage (dip rolling method)

XSY-C308   10-40g/l

3.2 Application method

Finishing method: dip rolling method

PH value of bath solution: 4-5 (adjusted with acetic acid)

Liquid carrying rate: 70% (according to the type of fiber)

Bath temperature: about 25 ℃

Drying temperature: 110-130 ℃

Baking conditions: single baking at 150 ℃ × 1-3 minutes on the baking machine (according to the type of fiber)

Bake on the setting machine at 170 ℃ × 1 minute (according to the type of fiber)

4. Select appropriate baking conditions to ensure that the fabric is fully baked, and improper temperature or time will reduce the effect.

5. For processing with requirements of water washing resistance, we can add appropriate amount of our crosslinking agent XYS-A.

6. It is recommended that compatible auxiliaries, such as softeners and antistatic agents, should be evaluated by experiments first, because they are harmful to the performance of fabrics.
