Precautions for operation of vacuum emulsification machine

1. The homogeneous cutting head of the vacuum emulsification machine shall not operate in the empty pot state due to the rotating speed *, so as to avoid the influence of local heating on the sealing degree.

2. After the vacuum emulsification machine is connected, the ground wire must be reliably grounded to ensure the safety of electricity.

3. The homogenizer of the vacuum emulsification machine is reversed from top to bottom. After the motor is wired or is not used again for a long time, it should be jogged for trial run. The mixing box is reversed from top to bottom. During commissioning, the mixer shall be jogged for trial run, and the homogenizer shall be allowed to run after confirmation.

4. Each time the vacuum emulsification machine is started before mixing, inching shall be performed to check whether the mixing and scraping wall are abnormal, and if any, it shall be eliminated immediately.

5. Before mixing and vacuumizing, it is necessary to check whether the pot of the vacuum emulsification machine is flat with the pot cover, and whether the pot mouth and material mouth cover are tightly covered and reliably sealed; Check the water volume of the vacuum pump water tank frequently, and do not cut off the water when the vacuum pump is running!

6. Before shutting down the vacuum pump, the ball valve in front of the vacuum pump should be closed first.

7. The vacuum pump can be started when the homogenizing pot is sealed. If there is a special need to open the air to start the pump, the operation shall not exceed 3 minutes.

8. Before any maintenance or cleaning, the equipment must be disconnected from the power supply.

9. Never put your hand into the kettle during the operation of the vacuum emulsification machine to prevent accidents.

10. If there is any abnormal response during the operation, stop the operation immediately, and start the machine after finding out the reason.
