1、 Product Introduction
 
NHR-7300R series LCD artificial intelligence temperature controller/regulation recorder adopts real artificial intelligence formula, and the instrument starts the self-tuning function, which can automatically find optimal parameters according to the characteristics of the controlled object to achieve good control effect, without manual parameter setting. The temperature control accuracy is basically ± 0.1 ℃, without overshoot or undershoot, reaching the international level. It is applicable to the high-precision control system, which can display and control the temperature, pressure, flow, liquid level, speed and other measurement signals digitally; It can be controlled by setting (or valve position) out of band, and can directly drive the actuator instead of servo amplifier; Programmable control can be carried out. 2、 Operating principle

A touch screen computer can communicate with 90 measurement and control points at the same time. The communication mode is RS-485 serial communication, so that the control information and data information in all temperature control meters are managed and distributed uniformly on the touch screen computer.

3、 Main function description
 
The system is composed of two layers of upper computer (industrial touch screen computer) and lower computer (Hongrun NHR intelligent instrument): the upper computer is responsible for monitoring, processing and auxiliary control of the data of all intelligent instruments connected to the field equipment; The lower computer (Hongrun NHR intelligent instrument) is responsible for data acquisition of field equipment and controlling the normal operation of field equipment.
 
1. Collection and storage of real-time data of field equipment
 
At the same time, collect the real-time data of 90 channels of thermal resistance (PT100) of the machine, display the values and status of all instrument data on the same screen, and save the data as a file for historical data storage.
 
2. Dynamic display of process flow
 
Display the layout of the virtual field equipment on the screen according to the customer's process flow, dynamically display the online status of the equipment, and mark the corresponding label and data on the actual installation position of the sensor and other related equipment, so that the user can understand the actual source of the data on the screen more intuitively, and can improve the efficiency of solving the accident in the event of an accident.
 
3. Generation, processing, storage and query of equipment alarm
 
The system sets the alarm generation time, form, length and removal method according to the customer's requirements, and alarms in real time, quickly and accurately. It also saves the alarm type, alarm time, response time, end time, real-time data after the alarm, operators, etc. of each alarm, and the information required by customers. Querying the alarm data can make it easier for customers to conduct accident analysis.
 
4. Display and query of historical data
 
After the real-time data is saved as a file, the data can be queried on the historical data query screen. The customer can easily call out for data comparison and data analysis, so as to learn experience and better control the entire system and improve production efficiency. The data can also be saved as a file that can be opened by Excel, and copied to other industrial personal computers with USB port for saving and backup.
 
5. Display of real-time curve and historical curve
 
The curve function makes the data display easier to understand, and displays the data trend of gas and liquid sensors at the same time, making the product quality easier to control. The switching between real-time curves and historical curves and the powerful curve query function make the use of curves easier and more flexible.
 
6. Authority management of operators
 
The system login mode includes system startup login, login during system operation, and login when exiting the system. The authority shall be graded according to the customer's requirements to prevent irrelevant operators from misoperation and causing accidents. Setting administrator permissions enables users to add and delete users, assign permissions, and modify passwords when the system is running.
