1. Casing material: High pressure blower/220V adopts * degree die-casting aluminum. The die-casting aluminum is the same aluminum material as the wheel hub of Mercedes Benz. Compared with ordinary aluminum alloy, die-casting aluminum is stronger and lighter than iron casing fan.
2. Motor performance: The high-voltage blower/220V is a wide frequency, wide voltage motor. It is listed as follows: single-phase 110V/230V industrial three-phase: 220/380/415/660V, etc. The motor frequency can be adjusted at 45-75HZ, and the IP55 protection class is F insulation class. Its advantage is the technology that domestic motors cannot achieve, which is favored by customers at home and abroad.
3. Fan oil seal: German MERKEL oil seal is used for high-pressure blower/220V, and fluororubber is used for German MERKEL, which can withstand - 25 ℃ to 300 ℃. Compared with ordinary oil seals, the temperature of the lip is 20~50 ℃ higher than the temperature of the working medium when working, which makes the performance more stable, maintenance free and longer life.
4. Fan bearing: German SKF and Japanese NSK brand bearings are used as the core components of the high-pressure blower/220V. The bearing can withstand 350 ℃ and 4000 rpm. For domestic Luoyang shaft and human-oriented bearing, the performance is stable, the noise is low, the maintenance is free, the service life is longer, and the fan can run longer.
matters needing attention:
1. The fan is allowed to start at full voltage or at reduced voltage, but it should be noted that the current at full voltage starting is about 5-7 times the rated current, and the reduced voltage starting torque is proportional to the square of the voltage. When the grid capacity is insufficient, the reduced voltage starting should be used. (When the power is greater than 11kw, it is advisable to adopt step-down starting.)
2. When testing the fan, carefully read the product manual and check whether the wiring method is consistent with the wiring diagram; Carefully check whether the working voltage supplied to the fan power supply meets the requirements, whether the power supply is out of phase or in phase, and whether the capacity of the electrical components provided meets the requirements
3. When testing the fan, the number of people shall not be less than two. One person shall control the power supply, and the other person shall observe the operation of the fan. If any abnormality is found, stop the machine immediately for inspection; First, check whether the rotation direction is correct; After the fan starts to run, immediately check whether the running current is balanced and whether the current exceeds the rated current; If there is any abnormality, stop the machine for inspection. After five minutes of operation, stop the machine to check whether the fan is abnormal, and start the machine again after confirming that there is no abnormal phenomenon.
4. When the fan reaches normal speed, measure whether the input current of the fan is normal, and the operating current of the fan cannot exceed its rated current. If the operating current exceeds its rated current, check whether the voltage supplied to the fan is normal.
5. The motor power required by the fan refers to the higher power required for centrifugal fan and fan box when the air inlet is fully open under certain working conditions. If the air inlet is fully opened for operation, the motor may be damaged. When testing the fan, close the valves on the inlet and outlet pipelines of the fan, open the valves gradually after operation until the required working conditions are reached, and pay attention to whether the running current of the fan exceeds the rated current.
