Among them, the industrial Internet platform is a new type of platform based on Internet technology, which aims to connect, integrate and manage various industrial equipment, systems and data, realize the intelligence and optimization of industrial production process, and build accurate, real-time and efficient data acquisition The interconnected system helps enterprises improve production efficiency, reduce costs, improve quality, and promote the transformation of enterprises to digital, networked, and intelligent. With the completion of the industrial Internet platform, the requirements for the daily IT operation and maintenance and service support of the industrial Internet platform will become higher and higher. The operation and maintenance quality of IT equipment and system components of the industrial Internet platform will directly affect whether the industrial Internet platform can operate safely and efficiently, and whether it can bring benefits into play. The stable operation of the industrial Internet platform will directly affect the support of the industrial Internet platform for daily business.
Recently, the Industrial Internet and Big Data Application Branch of China Computer Users Association, Beijing Guangtong Youyun Technology Co., Ltd., China Huaneng Group Information Center Huaneng Information Technology Co., Ltd. and others jointly prepared the General Requirements for Operation and Maintenance of Industrial Internet Platform of Process Industry Enterprises, which can provide guidance for the operation and maintenance of industrial Internet platform of process industry enterprises.
The General Requirements for Operation and Maintenance of Industrial Internet Platform of Process Industry Enterprises defines the operation and maintenance capability model of industrial Internet platform of process industry enterprises, and specifies the operation and maintenance capability requirements of enterprise level 1 platform (headquarters), level 2 platform (enterprise branch/regional company/industrial company), and level 3 platform (production station), It is applicable to the operation and maintenance of the industrial Internet platform of process industry enterprises. Enterprises can match the corresponding operation and maintenance capabilities according to the selected three-level or two-level industrial Internet platform architecture of process industry enterprises.
The operation and maintenance capability model is mainly composed of four elements: software technology, organization and system, management process, and personnel technology. It describes a series of measures, technologies, behaviors, and capabilities to meet the operation and maintenance capability requirements of the industrial Internet platform of process industry enterprises. Among them, the technical requirements for the primary and secondary platform software include the basic software technical requirements, infrastructure layer software technical requirements, data service layer software technical requirements, platform service layer software technical requirements, and application service layer software technical requirements.
Among them, the technical requirements for infrastructure layer software refer to the requirements for the infrastructure layer supporting the secondary platform, including the ability to provide software operation and maintenance for the computer room, computing, storage, and network. Technical requirements for infrastructure layer software include:
1、 The operation and maintenance of the computer room shall meet the real-time monitoring capability of the power, security, access control, video and other statuses of the computer room;
2、 Network operation and maintenance shall meet the performance monitoring of network equipment, including the real-time monitoring capability of network topology, network performance and network configuration;
3、 The host operation and maintenance shall meet the daily operation and maintenance capabilities of virtualized infrastructure/virtual machines, including the capabilities of performance monitoring, status monitoring, configuration monitoring, and automated operations:
（1） It shall meet the requirements of monitoring the performance baseline of virtualized infrastructure and virtual machines;
（2） It shall be able to monitor the operation status of the basic components of the virtualization platform;
（3） It shall monitor the configuration units in the virtualization platform and the relationship between them, and be able to manage the configuration model, automatically discover the configuration information, and maintain the configuration relationship;
（4） It shall meet the requirements of batch automatic operation of virtual machines, including script library management, command audit, operation log management, automatic job scheduling and other functions;
（5） The storage operation and maintenance shall meet the real-time monitoring capability for the performance and capacity of physical disks, storage pools, controllers and storage volumes of storage devices.
For the technical requirements of the three-level platform software, there are only basic software technical requirements, platform service layer software technical requirements, and application service layer software technical requirements. There are no infrastructure layer software technical requirements, and data service layer software technical requirements. See the appendix for details.
