Installation and integration
FD-Q can be installed in 60 seconds without any pipeline modification. The equipment can be clamped outside the pipeline with 6 standard screws, and the machine does not need to be shut down during installation.
Liquid and pipeline
FD-Q series can detect almost any type of liquid. For example, water (including deionized water), oil, chemicals, consumer goods, etc. FD-Q series can be used for testing whether metal pipe or resin pipe.
Clamp type flow sensor
Traditional flow switches often have problems such as pollution, pressure loss and leakage, which require continuous maintenance, shutdown and overhaul. Using FD-Q series will avoid such problems.
Separate the display to view the flow in an easy to see location
In such cases as "the device is too large to observe the sensor display" and "the sensor is installed inside or below the device", it is very convenient to use MU-N series.
This series can be installed in a position easy to observe, which is convenient for status confirmation, setting change and other operations.
Maintenance method:
1. Start the flowmeter, slowly open the inlet valve of the flowmeter, the flowmeter and auxiliary equipment will not leak, and then slowly open the outlet valve of the flowmeter. Stop the flowmeter, slowly close the inlet valve of the flowmeter, and slowly close the outlet valve of the flowmeter after the counter * stops. The standby flowmeter shall be put into use for flowmeter switching, and the flowmeter can be stopped only after the standby flowmeter operates normally.
2. Check the oil cup of the gauge head every shift. If not, fill it immediately. If the oil cup cannot be kept full after continuous filling, check whether the oil pipe falls off.

3. Fill the outlet shaft seal of the flowmeter with glycerine every month, 30ml each time.
4. The filter shall be checked and cleaned at least once every six months. When the pressure difference between the front and back of the filter exceeds the specified range, the filter shall be cleaned in time. If the filter screen is damaged, it shall be replaced.
5. Clean, check and lubricate the gear transmission part of the flowmeter head once a year.
6. For the disabled flowmeter and connecting pipeline, regular equipment movement, line cleaning or other protective measures must be taken to prevent condensation accidents.
7. The idle flowmeter shall be washed with light lubricating oil and stored.
8. When the pipeline transportation temperature of crude oil changes more than ± 5 ℃, the flowmeter shall be self checked to determine the flowmeter coefficient again.
9. When the flowmeter is operating, the outlet regulating valve of the flowmeter shall be adjusted to keep the flowmeter operating within the flow and pressure range specified on the nameplate. The normal flow range is 30% - 70% of the flow. The allowable overload capacity of the flowmeter is 20%, but shall not exceed 30 minutes.
