On June 25, 1997, Tsinghua Tongfang Co., Ltd. was officially established.  

On June 27, 1997, Tsinghua Tongfang was listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange (stock code: 600100).  

On May 30, 2006, Tsinghua Tongfang Co., Ltd. was renamed "Tongfang Co., Ltd.".
