3. The sales, production and agent units of the company all over the country can provide after-sales service for this product. The service conditions are:

3-2. After sales service responsibility standards shall be subject to the contract signed between the Company and the distribution agent.
3-3. You can request after-sales service (whether warranty or not) from the distribution agencies of Ouke Transmission for a fee.
4. In case of any quality or product accident of this product, Zui will only bear the liability in Article 1-1 or 1-2. If the user needs more liability compensation guarantee, please buy property insurance from the insurance company in advance.
5. The warranty period of this product is one year from the date of shipment.
6. If the fault is caused by the following reasons, it is also a paid repair even within the warranty period:
6-1. Problems caused by incorrect operation (subject to the instruction manual) or self repair or modification without permission.
6-2. Problems caused by the use of frequency converter beyond the requirements of standards and specifications.
6-3. Damage caused by falling or improper handling after purchase.
6-4. Device aging or failure caused by poor environment.
6-5. Damage caused by earthquake, fire, geomancy disaster, lightning strike, abnormal voltage or other natural disasters and disasters.
6-6. Damage during transportation (note: the transportation mode is the customer, and our company will assist in handling the formalities of goods transfer).
6-7. The brand, trademark, serial number, nameplate, etc. marked by the manufacturer are damaged or illegible.
6-8. Failing to pay off the money according to the purchase agreement.
6-9. The installation, wiring, operation, maintenance or other use conditions cannot be objectively and realistically described to the company's service units.
