1. Before installation, check whether all parts of the magnetic pump are intact, whether the impeller rotates flexibly, and whether the magnetic drive device is normal.
2. During installation, the magnetic pump should be fixed on a horizontal foundation, and ensure that all pipelines are connected correctly and sealed well.
3. The inlet and outlet pipes of the magnetic pump shall be kept smooth to prevent the inlet from being blocked or the outlet from being blocked.
4. Before operation, a test run must be carried out to check whether the magnetic pump operates normally and whether there is abnormal sound or vibration.
5. Regularly check the sealing performance of the magnetic pump. If any leakage or abnormality is found, repair or replace it in time.
