Precautions for stainless steel chemical high and low temperature magnetic pump:

1. Since the cooling and lubrication of chemical magnetic pump bearings depend on the conveyed medium shield, it is absolutely prohibited to run without load, and at the same time, it is prohibited to run without load when starting after power failure during work.

2. If the medium conveyed by the chemical magnetic pump contains solid particles, a filter screen shall be added at the inlet of the chemical magnetic pump; if there are ferromagnetic particles, a magnetic filter shall be added.

3. The ambient temperature of chemical magnetic pump in use shall be less than 40 ℃, and the temperature rise of motor shall not exceed 75 ℃.

4. The medium to be delivered shall be within the allowable range of chemical magnetic pump materials. The operating temperature of chemical magnetic pump shall not be lower than - 30 ℃ and the maximum temperature shall not exceed 100 ℃. Convey liquid without hard particles and fibers with suction pressure no more than 0.2MPa, maximum working pressure of 1.6MPa, density no more than 1600Kg/m3, and viscosity no more than 30X10-6m2/s.

5. If the conveying fluid is a medium easy to precipitate, it should be cleaned in time after use, and the accumulated liquid in the chemical magnetic pump should be drained.

6. After the chemical magnetic pump operates normally for 1000 hours, the wear of the bearing and the end face moving ring should be removed and inspected, and the wearing parts that are not suitable for reuse should be replaced.
