Intelligent current transformer Precautions:
1. The secondary circuit of current transformer shall not be open circuited
The secondary circuit of the current transformer must not be opened when working. Because the current is zero when the secondary side is open, it cannot generate magnetic flux to offset the effect of the magnetic flux at the primary side. The secondary side can sense a voltage of about 1000V, which endangers the safety of personnel and equipment.
And the iron core of the current transformer itself will also generate serious heat. Therefore, when disassembling the instrument, the secondary coil of the current transformer must be short circuited first.
2. One end of the secondary side should be grounded
One end of the secondary side of the current transformer must be grounded to prevent the high voltage on the primary side from jumping to the secondary side when the insulation between the primary and secondary coils is broken down, endangering the safety of personnel and equipment.
3. Pay attention to the connection polarity
When connecting the current transformer, pay attention to the polarity of the coil terminal at the primary and secondary sides. The polarity is marked with "±" or letters on the terminal blocks of the primary and secondary coils of the current transformer. In China, L1 and L2 are generally used to mark the primary coil end, and K1 and K2 are used to mark the secondary coil end pin.
L1 and K1 are of the same polarity, L2 and K2 are of the same polarity. The so-called "homopolarity" means that at the same moment these two ends are both high potential or low potential. For example, if L1 is higher than L2 at a certain moment, K1 is also higher than K2 at the same moment. As a current transformer, from the current direction, if the primary current 11 flows from L1 to L2 at a moment, the secondary current 12 flows from K2 to K1. This polarity labeling method is also called "minus polarity" labeling method.
Correct use of current transformer
1. Overload operation of equipment is not allowed, such as too much or too large ore feeding, too small ore discharge port, etc.
2. The maximum block size of ore feeding shall not exceed 80~85% of the width of ore feeding mouth.
3. The adjustment clearance of the ore outlet shall be within 100~160mm (the crushing cone is 1:3, that is, the ore outlet is reduced by 1mm when the crushing cone rises 6mm).
4. During operation, it is strictly prohibited for foreign matters such as metal ironware to enter the crusher cavity. If they enter, they should be stopped immediately for elimination.
