In 2018, the National Bureau of Letters and Calls undertook 15 proposals from NPC deputies and CPPCC members.

1、 9 suggestions from NPC deputies 。 Among them, there are 5 suggestions on reforming and improving the complaint reporting system, 2 suggestions on speeding up the legislation of complaint reporting, and 2 suggestions on establishing the credibility system of complainants and giving play to the role of lawyers in the prevention and control of major risks. Among the 9 suggestions, our bureau hosted 4 and co sponsored 5.

2、 6 proposals from CPPCC members 。 Among them, there were 3 proposals to improve and perfect the mechanism of complaint reporting, 2 proposals to speed up the legislation of complaint reporting, and 1 proposal to strengthen the efforts of handling complaints according to law. Among the six proposals, our bureau has independently sponsored two, hosted two and co sponsored two.

3、 Response 。 Of the 15 proposals undertaken by our bureau, 8 directly replied have been handled on schedule.
