In addition to some common basic information, there are many personalized categories, such as position classification, payment method, delivery method, collection type, etc. These categories are often applied to business documents and filled in by drop-down selection.
Therefore, in the universal enterprise management system, this part of personalized classification and files are managed through other classification categories and classification attribute settings. Add the required classification in the classification category, and select the corresponding classification category in the classification attribute settings to add specific options for it. As shown in the figure above, "Payment Method" belongs to classification category, and the specific options in it belong to classification attribute settings.
In addition to these personalized classifications, the system also sets the national provincial and city classifications, and sets different regions of customers according to the drop-down selection method on business documents
