Although it matched the photo's and description perfectly, the 12 String Guitar arrived damaged. When I advised the seller they promptly replied asking for photos so that they could determine what to do. As I mentioned that I could use the hard case that was included in the auction, they offered me the hard case at a very fair price and issued a refund for the balance. Goodwill Colorado Collectables is an outstanding member of the ebay community. Highly recommend and will buy from again.
