I haven’t received the item yet, I was lied to and mislead about delivery. I bought the item based on being told IN WRITING that the headphones would be delivered next day or second day. Then…right after I purchased the headphones I received email saying g item had shipped. (Yet another lie) then I found out item was being shipped out of China! The product I have used before it’s excellent. However this clown who I bought the headphones from I would NEVER again use. Smoke and mirrors at best !
