Q: About the Custom Duty
A:We are not sure whether you need to pay the custom duty or not because of the different policies in different countries.So you may need pay the custom duty when you receive the parcel, pls understand.
Q: About the declare value & name of package
A:Normally we will declare $10~$20(The lowest declare value is $10), marked as phone. We will declare real value for orders(total amount including freight)from Belarus, lsraer, Chile, Portugal, South Korea and Greece.

Q: About DHL Remote area ( need to pay extra cost or change to other shipping methods)
A:We will be able to deliver the products to you wherever you are.But DHL might apply a "remote area charge" in some cases if you choose DHL as your shipping method. This is very rare but will happen when your delivery address is too far from the main logistics centers.
If your address belongs to remote area:
