Q1, Can this hair be straightened, curled?

Yes, treat the hair as your own, use a flatiron/straightened or tongs, even when fitted, but as with your own hair, don't use too often, it may damage the hair.

Q2, Why there are short hairs on the weft?

When hair cut from donors, it is a bundle of long hairs and no weft. A length of hairs need to be fold for sewing weft. That is why there are short hairs by one side. Please don`t worry about this, it will not impact hair looking, and will not influence on hair using and quality.

Q3, How many bundles for a full head?

For average head size, here is our suggestions:

8"-16": 2-3 bundles

18"-22": 3-4 bundles

24"-26": 4 bundles or more

Q4, Why are my hair extensions getting tangled?

(1) Your hair extensions can  due to dryness, oil& dirt build-up, salt water chlorine and not combing(wide toothcomb) out your hair daily.

(2) Make sure to wash & condition your hair once a weak, twice a weak is better. Use hydrating drops or consult yourstylist for more help.

Q5, Why the colors of hair extensions don`t seems exactly as the picture show or description says?

Different monitor have different display. Andever time, may be the same color will have a little color difference. Please ask help from the hairdresser for the color`s code as the international colors watch says.
