1, When it’s within two hours after your order status changing to “item being processed”, you can click “Cancel Order” on your order page directly. The order will be cancelled without seller’s agreement.
You will have one chance to click “Cancel Order” for each order, and three times each month in total.
You can find the "Cancel Order" on two pages as below:
Then you should confirm the cancellation.
You will see Pop-ups confirming cancellation.
2, If it’s two hours later, you will see “Request Refund” button instead, and after you clicked “Request Refund”, you need to wait for seller’s reply.
Step1. Go to My Orders and select Awaiting Shipment section.
Step2. Select the order you want to cancel.
Step3. Select Request Refund button.
Step4. Select the Refund Reason and Refund Amount.
Step5. Select Submit a request to finish the process
After submitting the request, the seller will be given 4 days to respond to the proposal, once the seller agrees with the cancellation, the system will refund automatically.
Notes:
Porcess if the order is still within shipping deadline:
1.If no response from the seller within 4 days, the order will be closed automatically.
2.If the seller rejects the refund proposal, seller needs to ship out the package before shipping deadline, if seller can't send out the package, once the order is over shipping deadline, you may request refund again, the order will be canceled right away.
Porcess if the order is beyond shipping deadline:
If the order beyond shipping deadline, please Request Refund in time again, the refund will be completed within 24 hours. When could I receive the refund .
