Residential houses, also known as houses and homesteads, refer to houses specially designed for living, including villas, apartments, dormitories for employees' family members and collective dormitories, dormitories for single employees and student dormitories. Residential buildings do not include the basements in residential buildings that are used for civil air defense and do not house people, nor do they include nurseries, wards, sanatoriums, hotels and other houses with special purposes.
