The top switch power supply board is welded with high-voltage filter capacitor, differential mode inductor and transformer.

The high-voltage filter capacitor is from Aihua, and the specification is 400V22 μ F.

The core component of the charger is from Dongke Semiconductor, model DK036G, which is a quasi resonant flyback control AC-DC power switch chip highly integrated with 650V/400m Ω GaN HEMT.DK036G detects the voltage between the drain and source of the power transistor. When the VDS reaches its minimum value, it turns on the power transistor to reduce switching loss and improve electromagnetic interference (EMI).
DK036G greatly simplifies the design and manufacture of flyback switching power supply, especially for products requiring high conversion efficiency and high power density.DK036G has complete protection functions, including output overvoltage protection, VCC overvoltage and undervoltage protection, over temperature protection, open-loop protection, output overcurrent protection, etc.
