Tear open the packaging bag to take out the wire, and there is a manual inside.
The data line is bound and fixed by two paper rings after several turns of winding, and the USB-C male heads at both ends of the wire are covered with plastic shells for protection.
The wire is white all over. The design pulls the current carrying capacity of the product beyond the extreme value of 12A at this stage, which can control the thickness of the wire body very well, and the overall flexibility is also good.

After reading the length, diameter and weight test of the data cable, we will disassemble it to see what special designs are used for this 12A data cable.
First, use a cutting machine to cut the outer soft plastic of the data line plug for injection molding. Inside the injection molding, the steel sleeve is fixed by spot welding.
The steel sleeve is fixed to the USB-C plug through laser spot welding, which increases strength, is not easy to damage, and is more durable.
The other side is also fixed by the same laser spot welding.

Remove the steel sleeve, and fill the translucent rigid plastic insulation support between the small terminal PCB board and the steel sleeve.
PCB solder joints are wrapped with high temperature tape for insulation and reinforced by injection molding.
The shielding net inside the cable is wound through copper foil to prevent looseness.
Clean the injection molding and adhesive tape on the small terminal board, weld an E-Marker chip on the small board, and apply glue to seal and fix it.

The small plate is welded with red positive power core, CC core, VCONN core, USB2.0 data core and negative core.The positive and negative power wire cores are all connected in parallel with two wires, reducing resistance and improving current carrying capacity.
Clean the black glue on the E-Marker chip, and screen print 4TJ on the E-Marker chip.
Cut the metal shell of USB-C terminal, and plastic sheet insulation is set inside the shell.
The positive and data terminals are silver. The ruthenium rhodium plating process is used to make them more resistant to oxidation and durable. The positive and negative terminals are widened and thickened to reduce resistance, which is used to support 12A high current fast charging.
Continue cutting to remove the plug at the other end.
The front of the small board is welded with connecting wires, and the welding spots are sealed and protected with blue glue.
There are no components on the back of the small board.
Cut the data line and observe the section. Two red thick cores are positive power cores, yellow is VCONN core, blue is CC core, white green is USB2.0 core, and two transparent cores are negative.
Cut the outer skin of the cable, and the inside is a layer of winding shielding mesh.
Below the screen is a layer of shielding aluminum foil.
