Compared with Apple 61W charger, the size advantage is very obvious.
In addition, the measured weight of the charger is about 91g.
After having a basic understanding of Delta charger, we will continue to disassemble it to see how the internal design and materials are used.
First, disassemble the charger shell along the power pin side, and there is water ingress trace inside the pin shell.
Continue to cut the housing and pull out the internal PCBA module.
PCBA module is wrapped with pure copper heat sink for soaking.
Inside the heat sink is an insulating Mylar, which is used to insulate the PCBA module elements.
The heat sink is welded and fixed to the output side.
The length of the charger PCBA module measured with a vernier caliper is about 50.34mm.
The width of PCBA module is about 27.06mm.
The thickness of PCBA module is about 27.44mm.
Remove the pure copper heat sink covered on the surface of the PCBA module and continue disassembly.
The corresponding transformer and PCB are coated with white glue to enhance heat conduction.
The side of the plane transformer is coated with thermal conductive adhesive to fix the aluminum strip insulated by tape for heat dissipation.
The input end is welded with a small board to weld EMI circuit and other components, and insulated with electrolytic capacitor by tape.
High voltage filter capacitor is insulated with black rubber sleeve.
At the side view of PCBA module, EMI filter circuit is welded, connectors are also welded on the bottom plate, and protocol board is connected.
At the bottom of the PCBA module, the design is hollow, and the plane transformer core is placed to make full use of space and reduce the volume.
The input end is vertically welded to the small board, which is an EMI circuit.
The input board is welded with delay fuse, common mode inductance, X2 safety capacitor and differential mode inductance.
The input fuse is from CONQUER Gongde, MST series ultra small time delay fuse, with the specification of 3.15A 250V, used for input overcurrent protection.
Common mode inductance is wound with insulated wire and enameled wire.
The safety gauge X2 capacitor is from SCC real full electronic, with a capacity of 0.22 μ F.
The differential inductance is insulated by tape winding.
Input rectifier bridge screen printing MB30KH.
High voltage filter capacitor is from ruby, with specification of 400V110 μ F.
At the output side of the charger, connect a small board on the bottom PCB welding connector, weld the plane transformer vertically, and weld the MLCC filter capacitor on the PCB.

Disassembly summary of charging head network
Innergie's60WThe charger was famous for its small size and portability in those days when it was a big box, reflecting Delta's strong design strength. The charger obtained by the charging head network is an international version, equipped with three conversion plugs, which can be used in different countries and can meet the charging requirements of equipment with USB-C interface.
Through disassembly, the charging head network learned that this charger was damaged by water ingress. The plane transformer and two small PCBs are combined and welded internally to make full use of the internal space. The interior uses Delta primary controller with Infineon switch tube. The secondary synchronous rectifier controller and synchronous rectifier tube are from Ansome. The output uses ST MCU for protocol identification function, and uses three MLCCs in parallel for output filtering. The space inside the charger is filled with thermal conductive adhesive to enhance heat dissipation.
