Notice to Candidates of National Unified Examination of Beijing in 2024

Special note: Candidates must strictly comply with the requirements of the Ministry of Education, the Beijing Education Examination Institute, and the test announcements issued by their test sites. Any candidate who fails to comply with the requirements of the regulations and is unable to take the exam shall be held responsible.

1、 Candidates must present their own admission cards and valid identity cards used for online registration to take the exam. Candidates must log on to China Education Examination Network within the specified time( https://tdxl.neea.edu.cn ), use A4 paper to print the "admission card", and the "admission card" must be clear. When taking the exam, the examinee can only carry one "examination permit" for the corresponding subject (special reminder: the examination subjects are different in the morning and afternoon, and the examination permit is also different). The front and back sides of the "examination permit" shall not be altered or written during use. During the examination, if the examinee's examination permit is found with words or marks other than the downloaded uniform content, it will be treated as illegal.

2、 Face recognition verification is adopted for the entrance examination. Candidates who take the two examinations must verify their entrance in the morning and afternoon according to the requirements of the examination site. The examination time is subject to Beijing time. After the examinee passes the verification, he/she will enter the exam 15 minutes in advance, and the invigilator will immediately start to read out the precautions for the examination (the instructions of the examination room). No admission is allowed 15 minutes after the start of the exam. During the exam, candidates are not allowed to leave early.

3、 The examinees must carry black or blue ink pens, 2B pencils and erasers. Some subjects with demand can also carry drawing instruments, electronic calculators without storage and programming functions, etc. It is strictly prohibited to carry text materials, paper, communication tools and electronic supplies with memory, storage, query, translation or programming functions. The examinee who brings the articles beyond the regulations to the seat will be punished according to the violation of the examination.

4、 On the day of the examination, the examinee should arrive at the examination site in advance. According to the relevant requirements of this exam, the examinee must cooperate with the examination site to complete the identification and other work before arriving at the examination room.

5、 After the examination, the examinees shall leave the venue in order according to the instructions of the invigilator, without crowding.

6、 Candidates should read the announcement of the examination site (see Annex 1) in advance to understand the verification workflow of the examination site, the location of the examination room, the specific time of entering the school gate and face recognition verification, the examinee rules and other related matters.

7、 Please pay close attention to the national information platform for master's degree application management of people with the same academic level, the website of Beijing Education Examination Institute and the website of each examination site, keep abreast of relevant examination requirements, and keep mobile phone and other communication unblocked.

8、 The test results are expected to be released in September 2024. At that time, candidates can apply for master's degree management information platform and China Education Examination Network through national personnel with the same academic qualifications.

Measures for Handling Violations of National Education Examination (extract)

Article 5 Any examinee who does not observe the discipline of the examination room, does not obey the arrangement and requirements of the examination staff, and commits one of the following acts shall be deemed to have violated the discipline of the examination:

(1) Bringing articles other than those specified into the examination room or failing to put them in the designated place;

(2) Failing to take the exam at the designated seat;

(3) Answering questions before sending the signal of starting the examination or continuing to answer questions after sending the signal of ending the examination;

(4) Peeping, whispering, exchanging secret signals or gestures during the examination;

(5) Making noise, smoking or committing other acts that affect the order of the examination room within the limits prohibited by the examination room or the educational examination institution;

(6) Leaving the examination room during the examination without the consent of the examination staff;

(7) Taking test papers, answer sheets (including answer cards, answer sheets, the same below), draft papers and other test papers out of the examination room;

(8) Answering questions with pen or paper other than those specified, or writing names, test numbers or marking information on the answer paper in other ways other than those specified in the examination paper;

(9) Other acts that violate the examination rules but have not yet constituted cheating.

Article 6 Any examinee who violates the principles of fairness and impartiality in the examination and commits one of the following acts in the course of the examination shall be deemed to have cheated in the examination:

(1) Taking the exam with materials related to the exam content or electronic equipment stored with materials related to the exam content;

(2) Plagiarizing or assisting others to plagiarize the answers to test questions or materials related to the contents of the examination;

(3) Coercing others to facilitate plagiarism;

(4) Carrying equipment capable of sending or receiving information;

(5) Taking the exam under the false name of another person;

(6) Deliberately destroying examination papers, answers or examination materials;

(7) Fill in the answer sheet with the name, examination number and other information inconsistent with my identity;

(8) Transferring or receiving articles or exchanging test papers, answers and draft papers;

(9) Other behaviors of obtaining or attempting to obtain the answers to the test questions and test scores by improper means.

Article 7 If an educational examination institution or an examination staff discovers one of the following acts during or after the examination, it shall recognize that the relevant examinee has cheated in the examination:

(1) Obtaining examination qualification, bonus qualification and examination results by forging certificates, certificates, archives and other materials;

(2) Those who are identified as having the same answers during the grading process;

(3) The discipline of the examination room is disordered, the order of the examination is out of control, and a large area of cheating occurs in the examination;

(4) The examination staff assisted in cheating and verified afterwards;

(5) Other acts that should be identified as cheating.

Article 8 Candidates and other personnel shall consciously maintain the order of the examination, obey the management of the examination staff, and shall not commit the following acts that disrupt the order of the examination;

(1) Deliberately disturb the order of examination sites, examination rooms, marking places and other examination workplaces;

(2) Refuse or obstruct the examination staff to perform their management duties;

(3) Acts of threatening, insulting, slandering, framing or otherwise infringing upon the legitimate rights and interests of examination staff and other candidates;

(4) Deliberately damage the examination facilities and equipment;

(5) Other acts that disrupt the order of examination management.

Article 9 If a candidate commits one of the exam disciplinary violations listed in Article 5, the exam results in that subject shall be cancelled.

If the examinee has one of the cheating behaviors listed in Article 6 and Article 7, his or her scores in all stages and subjects of the examination are invalid; Those who take the self-study examination of higher education will have invalid scores in all subjects of the examination.

Under any of the following circumstances, the examination may be suspended for one to three years depending on the seriousness of the case; If the circumstances are especially serious, they may be suspended from participating in various national education examinations for one to three years at the same time:

(1) Organizing gangs to cheat;

(2) Sending and transmitting test question information outside the examination room;

(3) Use relevant equipment to receive information and cheat;

(4) Forging or altering identity cards, examination admission cards and other supporting materials, so that others can take the examination instead of students.

If the examinee who takes part in the self-study examination for higher education commits serious cheating as mentioned in the preceding paragraph, he/she may also be given a delay in graduation for one to three years, and the examination results during the delay period will be invalid.

Article 10 If a candidate commits any of the acts listed in Article 8, he/she shall be terminated from continuing to take the examination in this subject, and his/her scores in the subjects for which he/she has applied for the examination shall be invalid; If the examinee and other personnel violate the Law of the People's Republic of China on Administrative Penalties for Public Security, they shall be dealt with by the public security organ; If a crime is constituted, the judicial organ shall handle the case and investigate the criminal responsibility according to law.
