After sorting out the needs of passengers in advance and investigating the stations on the spot, since May 1, Beijing Metro has added personalized guidance broadcasts at Beijing Station, Beijing West Station and other "seven stations and two yards" stations, Shichahai, Wangfujing and other scenic spots stations, as well as Dongzhimen Station of the Capital Airport Line and other 15 stations, Traffic connection guidance information and travel guidance information around the station are added to meet the travel guidance needs of passengers in different stations. "For example, when the passenger flow at Tiananmen West Station is large, personalized broadcast words will be used to prompt convenient exits to Tiananmen Square, the Forbidden City, and Zhongshan Park; at Qinghe Station, the broadcast will prompt the nearest exit information to Huaimi Line or high-speed railway entrance channel." At present, the personalized guidance broadcast of each station will be broadcast in the station according to different broadcast time and frequency to provide more clear and accurate information and help for passengers' travel. In case of temporary conditions, the station can also enable or switch personalized broadcasting according to the on-site passenger flow organization.
