From July 15, the annual settlement information will be publicized on the portal website of the municipal government, "Window of the Capital". In 2024, the number of points settled in the city will be 6000, and the same points will be distributed at the same time.
This year's declaration is divided into five stages. The specific schedule is as follows: declaration stage (from 8:00 on April 18 to 20:00 on May 17, a total of 30 natural days); Summary stage of department audit results (from May 18 to June 6, a total of 20 natural days); Query stage of audit results (8 natural days in total from 8:00 on June 7 to 20:00 on June 14); Department review and score ranking stage (June 15 to July 14, 30 natural days in total); Publicity and settlement handling stage (8 natural days from July 15, applicants who have obtained settlement qualification through publicity can go through the settlement formalities). There are 96 natural days for the settlement of annual points.
According to Article 17 of the Detailed Rules of Beijing Municipality on the Management of the Settlement of Points, the applicant and the employer shall ensure that the indicator information filled in is true and accurate, and shall be jointly responsible for the authenticity of the indicator information filled in. Applicants who provide false materials will be disqualified from applying for the settlement of points in the current year and the next five years; Those who have obtained permanent residence in this city shall be cancelled by the public security department and moved back to the former residence in Beijing.
If an employer assists in providing false materials, it will not accept the points settlement application in the current year and the next five years. If the relevant applicant and employer seriously violate the commitment made to the administrative authority during the settlement of points, the relevant dishonesty records will be included in the city's public credit information service platform. If a crime is suspected, it shall be transferred to the judicial organ for handling according to law.
