In accordance with the Detailed Rules for the Implementation of the Interim Provisions of Beijing on the Control of the Number of Passenger Cars (revised in 2020), the qualification review results of individuals (including family applicants, multi car transfer applicants and couples change/divorce and property division transfer vehicle applicants) and units in the first half of 2024 will be announced on April 9, and applicants can log in to the "Beijing Passenger Car Indicator Control Management Information System" （ https://xkczb.jtw.beijing.gov.cn/ ）View. If you have any objection to the review results, please apply for review within the review application period (April 9 to April 23). Details are as follows:
1、 Review of individual and unit application qualification
If an individual (including family applicant, multi car transfer applicant and couple change/divorce property division transfer vehicle applicant) fails to pass the qualification review, you can open the application form of the person who fails to pass, check the "reasons for failure of review" given by the relevant review department in the city, and check the specific method of application review.
If the applicant fails to pass the review, it can open the configuration indicator application form, view the "reasons for review failure" given by the relevant review department in the city, and view the specific method of application review.
If there is any objection to the audit result, the review application can be submitted to the relevant audit department within the review application period according to the reasons found for failure. For the review method and process, please refer to the "Review Process Description" in the "Action Column" on the home page of the "Beijing Passenger Car Indicator Control Management Information System".
2、 Precautions
First, the review work is to recheck the information that fails the review. If the result of the review failure is due to the applicant's information filling error, the application for review should not be submitted, but can be submitted after the application is modified in the subsequent application period.
Second, if the application unit, family or individual submits an application for review but fails to pass the review, it may not submit another application for review. If it is necessary to continue to apply, it shall apply again.
Third, if the applicant unit, family and individual disagree with the audit results made by the audit department but fail to apply for review within the specified time, it shall be deemed as giving up the review. If it is necessary to continue to apply for indicators, it shall reapply.
