Notice on Adjusting the Traffic Management Measures for Motor Vehicles and Non local Vehicles Carrying Passengers in Beijing during the Qingming Festival in 2024

According to the Notice of the General Office of the State Council on the Arrangement of Some Holidays in 2024 (GBCDD [2023] No. 7), the Notice of the Beijing Municipal People's Government on the Implementation of Regional Traffic Restriction Management Measures during Peak Hours on Working Days (JZF [2024] No. 9), the Beijing Municipal Commission of Transport, the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Ecological Environment According to the relevant provisions of the Notice on Traffic Management Measures for Motor Vehicles in Other Provinces, Districts and Cities (JJLTF [2021] No. 4) issued by the Public Security and Traffic Management Bureau of the Beijing Municipal Public Security Bureau, it is decided that from April 4 to April 7, the following adjustments will be made to the traffic management measures for motor vehicles in this city and vehicles not in this city carrying passengers into Beijing:

1、 The motor vehicles in this city are not subject to the traffic control measures for regional traffic restrictions during peak hours on weekdays.

2、 Vehicles carrying passengers outside the city who apply for a Beijing entry permit (within the sixth ring road) will not be subject to the restrictions of the traffic management measures of "No entry into the second ring road (including the second ring road) all day long", and will not be allowed to drive on the roads within the fifth ring road (including the fifth ring road) from 7:00 to 9:00 and 17:00 to 17:00, and will be subject to the restrictions of "No entry into the second ring road (including the second ring road) all day long" Inner Road, Jianguomenwai Street, Fuxingmenwai Street, Fuxing Road (Muxidi Bridge Xinxing Bridge Section).
