In accordance with the requirements of the Notice of Beijing Municipal Commission of Education on Doing a Good Job in Independent Enrollment of Higher Vocational Education in 2024 (BJJ [2024] No. 11), our city will continue to carry out independent enrollment of higher vocational education in 2024. Relevant matters are hereby notified as follows.
1、 Enrollment Plan
All enrollment colleges shall recruit students in strict accordance with the plan approved by the Beijing Municipal Commission of Education.
2、 Registration and examination
Those who have participated in the 2024 Beijing National College Entrance Examination can apply for independent enrollment in higher vocational education. Candidates should go through the registration procedures according to the requirements of the enrollment institution. Each candidate is limited to one institution.
Candidates should provide corresponding information and materials according to the requirements of the university when going through the registration procedures. The examinee shall be responsible for the authenticity and accuracy of the information and materials submitted. The examinee shall be responsible for the consequences caused by his/her filling errors.
Admission colleges shall organize entrance examinations independently according to relevant requirements. We should further improve the enrollment method of "cultural quality+vocational skills" examination. Strictly implement the requirements of "clear conditions, standardized procedures, open enrollment methods, and publicity of enrollment results", formulate detailed plans and publish them to the public, and earnestly do a good job in all aspects of registration, assessment, enrollment, publicity, etc.
3、 Physical health examination
Candidates shall take part in the physical examination of college entrance examination according to the arrangement of the applicant, and the physical examination information of candidates shall be provided by the College Entrance Examination Office of Beijing Institute of Education and Examination to the enrollment colleges. Candidates must meet the physical condition requirements of the relevant majors of the enrollment colleges and universities. The enrollment colleges and universities should strengthen the enrollment physical examination review, and deal with those who do not meet the requirements according to the regulations.
4、 Admission
According to the principle of comprehensive measurement and selective admission, the admission colleges and universities independently determine the admission scheme, publicize the pre admission list and go through the admission procedures in combination with the learning situation at the stage of senior secondary education and the assessment results of the colleges and universities. The enrollment institutions should complete the pre admission before the end of April, and the detailed schedule is shown in the figure below. This batch of new students and those admitted in the college entrance examination of that year will be admitted in autumn.
The admitted candidates will no longer take the college entrance examination that year. The college entrance examination fees paid by the admitted examinees shall be returned by the admission institutions after registration.
According to the relevant requirements of the Ministry of Education and Beijing Municipality for the admission of art majors, the art majors under the unified examination of art majors in the independent enrollment of higher vocational colleges must be admitted on the basis that the provincial unified examination results reach the qualified score line of the unified examination of art majors in higher vocational colleges (junior colleges) in our city.
