On March 14, the Beijing Social Insurance Fund Management Center and the Beijing Medical Insurance Affairs Management Center jointly issued the Announcement on Publishing the 2023 Social Insurance Statement, reminding the insured that as long as there is a normal payment record of more than one month (inclusive) in 2023, and the insured is in the status of normal payment or suspension of payment by December 31, 2023, From April 1, 2024, the Statement of Individual Payment Information of Beijing Social Insurance in 2023 can be obtained through various channels.

In response to the call of "energy conservation, environmental protection and low-carbon life", in 2024, the city will continue to give priority to providing electronic social insurance statements for the majority of insured people. From April 1, the insured can use the online service platform of Beijing social insurance( https://fuwu.rsj.beijing.gov.cn/zhrs/yltc/yltc-home )The "Jingtong" applet in Alipay, WeChat and Baidu APP, self-service terminals in social security agencies throughout the city, self-service machines in cooperative bank outlets and mobile banking, etc., can query and print the 2023 annual electronic social security statements.

After obtaining the electronic statement, the insured must check whether the individual payment in 2023 is consistent with his/her actual situation. If the insured has any objection to the relevant content, the employer can check and modify the relevant information with the statement to the social insurance and medical insurance agency before October 31, 2024, or make supplementary payment according to the relevant policies and regulations.

In order to meet the individual needs of the insured, the city still retains the ways of mailing paper social insurance statements and obtaining electronic social insurance statements through e-mail. The insured shall apply before March 31, and can use the online service platform of Beijing social insurance( https://fuwu.rsj.beijing.gov.cn/zhrs/yltc/yltc-home )After "personal business login", select "personnel information maintenance" under the "personnel information registration and maintenance" module, click the "other basic information" column under "personnel information change item", click "obtain statement method", and select mail or e-mail method.

Before March 31, 2024, the insured will select the way to obtain the social insurance statement as email. After May 1, the insured can query and print the 2023 statement through the registered email address; The way of obtaining social insurance statements will be selected as the insured by mail. Paper statements can be received successively before the end of May.

In addition, it is also necessary to remind employers and insured persons that since the city will implement a phased deferred payment policy of social insurance premiums in 2022, any employer who applies for deferred payment of social insurance premiums in 2022 can query and print the 2022 social insurance statement by the above means after April 1, 2024, if the unit payment has been paid by the end of 2023.
