It is reported that the land supply for affordable rental housing in 2024 will focus on the raising target of rental housing during the "14th Five Year Plan" period and the implementation progress of Beijing's urban master plan, and pay more attention to the optimization and guidance of the spatial supply and demand structure. The site selection and layout of the proposed land will give priority to the living space around the existing and recently constructed rail stations, large capacity public transport corridor nodes, key functional areas such as "two districts", "three cities and one district", Zhongguancun National Independent Innovation Demonstration Zone, and the industrial park, so as to promote the balance between work and housing and improve the living conditions and quality of life of residents.
Chaoyang District and Haidian District have the largest number of projects, with 5 each. Chaoyang District project involves Jinzhan Township, Pingfang Township, Gaobeidian Township, Cuigezhuang Township and Dongba District. Haidian District projects include Mingguang Village area renovation rental housing project, Sijiqing Zhenxing collective rental housing project, Fangyi Garden project, Shuangquan Jiayuan project and the resettlement housing project at the north end of Xueyuan Road. Among them, Mingguang Village project is located in the North Third Ring Road, with excellent location conditions, and has received widespread attention; The location conditions of Sijiqing and Fangyiyuan projects are also good. There are 4 projects listed in Fengtai District, including two projects in Guogongzhuang Depot, and Guogongzhuang Station and Baipenyao Station of Metro are nearby.
