Step 1: Select filing information
According to the actual situation, select "insured place", "medical treatment place", "insured type" and "filing type", and click the [Start filing] button.
Step 2 Submit the filing notice
Read the filing notice carefully, select [I have read the filing notice carefully], and click [I have read it, start filing] button.
Step 3 Fill in relevant filing materials
Fill in the filing time, contact person and other relevant information, and click [Submit for filing] after confirmation.
Step 4 Sign and submit the letter of commitment
Read the relevant terms of the letter of commitment carefully, sign your name after confirmation, click [Save and Submit], and click [Submit for Record] again.
Step 5 View the filing results
After the filing information is submitted, a prompt page will pop up automatically to prompt whether the filing is successful. Click the [View Filing Record] button to query the status of off-site medical treatment filing. It will take effect immediately after successful filing.
2. Offline filing
When the insured transacts offline filing, they need to submit the Registration and Filing Form for Cross provincial and Cross regional Medical Treatment in Beijing, truthfully register their information, and sign the Personal Commitment Letter for Cross provincial and Cross regional Medical Treatment Filing of Basic Medical Insurance, and the insured or the entrusted person will go to the insured area's agency for filing; The transferred medical personnel or the entrusted person shall go to the medical insurance agency in the insured area for filing in accordance with the relevant provisions and procedures of the municipal basic medical insurance transferred medical treatment filing.
