Notice on Temporary Traffic Management Measures for Some Roads during the 2024 Spring Festival

In order to ensure the safety and smoothness of relevant roads during the 2024 Spring Festival, it is decided to take traffic management measures on some roads in the city during the 2024 Spring Festival according to the relevant provisions of laws and regulations on road traffic safety. The announcement is as follows:

1、 Around the Lama Temple

From 22:00 on February 9 (New Year's Eve) to 18:00 on February 10 (the first day of the first lunar month), and from 3:00 on February 24 (the Lantern Festival) to 18:00 on February 24 (the Lantern Festival), the Yonghegong Street is forbidden from the intersection under the Yonghegong Bridge (excluding) to the intersection of Beixinqiao (excluding).

2、 Surrounding Baiyun Temple

On February 10 (the first day of the first lunar month) and February 14 (the fifth day of the first lunar month), from 5:30 to 16:00 every day, no motor vehicles (except public electricity and cars) are allowed from the light controlled intersection (not included) on the south side of the river crossing bridge to the lower intersection of the Baiyun Bridge (not included) on Baiyun Road. Vehicles passing through Baiyun Road can bypass Beifengwo Road and Xibianmen Outer Street.

From February 10 (the first day of the first lunar month) to February 14 (the fifth day of the first lunar month), from 5:30 to 16:00 every day, the west section of Baiyungan Street (the section from Baiyun Road to the east side of Building 3, Beili, Baiyungan Street) and Baiyungan Front Street are closed to motor vehicles.

3、 Around Liulichang

From 9:00 to 18:00 every day from February 10 (the first day of the first lunar month) to February 14 (the fifth day of the first lunar month), motor vehicles are prohibited from passing through South Xinhua Street from Hepingmen intersection (not included) to Hufangqiao intersection (not included) (except for public electricity, cars and vehicles with activity permits). Vehicles passing through South Xinhua Street can bypass Xuanwumenwai Street and Meishi Street.

4、 Around the Grand View Garden

From February 10 (the first day of the first lunar month) to February 14 (the fifth day of the first lunar month), from 8:30 to 17:30 every day, vehicles are forbidden to turn left from west to north and right from east to north at the intersection of Daguanyuan (excluding public electricity and cars).

5、 Around Wanping City

From 8:00 to 19:00 every day from February 10 (the first day of the first lunar month) to February 17 (the eighth day of the first lunar month), and from 16:00 to 21:00 on February 24 (the Lantern Festival), motor vehicles are not allowed to pass through Chengnan Street, Chengbei Street, Lugouqiao North Road (the entrance ramp section from Chengbei Street to Wuhuan Road), and Dongguan South Street (except for vehicles with resident permits and activity permits).

6、 For the above areas and roads with temporary traffic management measures, the traffic management department of the public security organ will timely adjust the specific management measures according to the actual situation of road traffic.
